Claims

Claims management is an integral part of any insurance product. Austagencies 5Star’s principal product issuer Suncorp has an excellent reputation for speedy, efficient and fair claims settlement. Claims can be lodged by either brokers or clients. Our recommended claims process is as follows:

Call the National Claims Centre on 1300 551 386 - 24/7.

There is a designated Austagencies 5Star management process so the claims office will need to know the claim is for an Austagencies 5Star client and relevant policy number.

Suncorp will complete claim form over the phone and a claim number will be issued for future reference.

When all the necessary actions by the insured and the broker have been completed Suncrop will settle the claim as per the policy.

Suncorp’s Service Standards

Will respond to enquires within 48 hours of notification

Urgent enquires will be actioned within 24 of notification

It is the intention of Suncorp to finalise Non- Assessment claims within 14 days of documentation receipt.
